In essence, you want to be in less pain if not out of pain completely. You may wonder if this is possible. Can you remember not being in pain? Are you aware how distracting it is to be in constant pain or to be wary of engaging in certain activities because of the likely repercussions? Does this cause you additional anxiety when you know that you have to engage in these activities as part of your job?
