Linda Linehan, FCIPD, Director of Abbeville Associates Ltd – and one of our trusted partners – is making an exceptional offer to HITE clients. She is an experienced coach already with excellent references (available upon request). Having completed training with Ashridge Business School, Linda will be seeking formal accreditation as an executive coach with the School later this year. 
Linda is therefore looking for 2-3 individuals holding senior positions in their organisations who would value some coaching – typically 6 sessions of 1.5 hours, over a period of 3-6 months. The coaching is being offered at a significantly reduced rate of £600 plus VAT for the course of 6 sessions (instead of £1500 plus VAT). 
In return, Linda would like to tape sessions and seek formal evaluative feedback part way through and at the end of the coaching. All information will be kept confidentially and details made anonymous, where used as part of Linda’s accreditation portfolio. 
Coaching can be delivered at the coachee’s place of work, or at the Royal Commonwealth Club, Northumberland Avenue, if that is more convenient.

We offer leadership development workshops, on a one to one or team basis, led by experienced and qualified facilitators.

Alongside leadership work we administer a range of psychometric instruments and tests such as Myers Briggs (Steps 1 and 2), 16PF, FIRO B, TKI.
