Tongue Twisters are People Twisters
We’re all familiar with tongue twisters: words and sentences that are difficult to say, and that tend to drive us crazy with frustration and impatience. In this seminar, we’ll face the crazy monster. We’ll meet a series of challenging tongue twisters; we’ll watch a wealth of amusing and illustrative clips; we’ll make fools of ourselves; and we’ll practice some very useful vocal and psychological exercises that improve our ability to speak without twisting our heads and necks and hearts and souls.

Open to all comers, with or without previous experience in the Alexander Technique.
A 3 hour zoom workshop conducted on-line with a ten minute break halfway.

The workshop will be conducted on the Zoom platform and will compise the main whole group session and breakout 'zoom rooms' within it. Anyone with no experience of the technology involved will be guided through the startup process by HITE in advance of the session. Pedro has experience of running successful and much appreciated workshops in this way.

It is for everyone: extroverts and introverts, professionals and amateurs, Alexander teachers and students, the curious and the doubtful. It doesn’t require any previous training, and it doesn’t require that you perform formally in front of the group.
